World’s Largest Brewing Company Purchases Grupo Modelo

In one of the largest acquisitions in the history of beer, Anheuser-Busch recently bought the remaining 50% of Grupo Modelo that is did not already own. Grupo Modelo is the Mexico based company that produced Corona beer which is one of the top selling import beers in the world and is number one in the U.S.
